WHAT IS HARM REDUCTION?
Harm Reduction is a set of practical strategies and ideas aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with drug use.
The heart of Harm Reduction centers around justice and human rights. We work with people without judgment or discrimination. We do not require those we help to stop using drugs in order to get support.

Creating Communities Campaign
We are building a movement to bring communities together across the state. There is work to be done, and that starts with creating friendly dialog within our communities. PAHRN is looking for people to host educational listening sessions in their counties.

Donate to the Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network
PA Harm Reduction Network is incorporated as a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation. The organization filed for tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization on October 3, 2022, and we expect that donations made on or after that date will be tax-deductible, absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer.
